We were asked by National broadcaster Today FM if we would take two random people who wanted to get in shape and see what results they could achieve training with us twice a week for six weeks.

Hundreds of applications were sent to The KC Show at Today FM who chose live on air one male and one female. Both Sharon and Alan then trained with us for the six weeks, below you can see the results…

Hips down 2.5 inches

Body fat percentage down from an unfit %29.22 to a fit and healthy %21.08

Total (FAT) loss 17 lbs (1.2 Stone)
