Looks like a healthy snack but more sugar than a Mars bar!
A client sent me this pic today asking if its ok as a snack option… On first glance one could be forgiven for thinking its a good choice.
Ingredients are listed in accordance to quantity. First most abundant then lesser with each listed ingredient. Agave is touted as a healthy alternative to sugar but it’s not! It’s very high in fructose a sugar that is assimilated by the liver, a pile of fructose sent to the liver is a bad thing not just for someone who wants to get in shape but also for your health.
